About Us

Before the establishment of Prospect Interactive, two college friends, both passionate about design, set out to offer outsourced graphic design services to businesses. But their ambition quickly expanded—what began as a design-focused project transformed into a vision to completely redefine how marketing is done. With a bold new strategy and a commitment to innovation, Prospect Interactive was born. Starting with roots in Boise, Idaho, and Frankfurt, Germany, the company found its foundation in the heart of Kosovo, Prishtina, where its global approach to corporate marketing continues to thrive.

Tony Aliu, co-founder and Executive Director of Prospect Interactive, brings a wealth of expertise in strategic leadership, guiding the growth and development of the company. He is responsible for ensuring that the company's six core values are upheld and for aligning team dynamics with client goals (more leads and revenue)! Tony also played a key role in defining the company's mission, vision, and values, and his ability to align company objectives with innovative solutions has been instrumental in driving client success.

Partnering with Timur Urcan, co-founder, Chief Strategy Officer, and Creative Director, they have cultivated a highly efficient synergy. Timur is a master of creative direction, transforming ideas into strong brand identities and visual storytelling that resonate with audiences. His expertise spans brand identity development, UI/UX design, and strategy creation for companies. His vision and leadership ensure that each project is not only visually captivating but also aligned with broader marketing and business goals.

Together, they built a young team of enthusiastic professionals specializing in B2B Marketing, Web Optimization, Multimedia, Market Research, and Marketing Analysis. The team understands finance, business operations, innovation, health, fashion, product design, and many industries. This diverse team is united by a shared passion for delivering impactful results, all while being guided by the two directors who ensure each brand thrives and becomes a leader in its industry.
